Job Ref 061207: Manager of Telesales Group

Job Description

CLIENT IS AN AMERICAN BANK.

The successful candidate will head the Telesales Team for an exclusive financial services product. She will be responsible for maintaining a high performance Telemarketing team of 15 people who are focused on external customer acquisition and some customer servicing.

She is required to recruit, provide coaching and feedback and MOTIVATE staff to achieve sales targets and manage customers. This will involve reviewing individual sales performances, sales call listening and feedback and customer handling and resolution updates.

She MUST have strong corporate customer service management experience. She must have managed a team in the past for at least 5 years and she must have had experience dealing with customers.

Prior Telemarketing team management experience is NOT required. We are also NOT looking for a hard-core sales person. Any past sales experience is a nice to have. What we are looking for is a manager that can help give direction to the team. To gain the respect of the team, she will have to be polished and be able to lead.

Requirements

· 5 years experience in a Managerial role managing a team of at least 5 people.

· Strong experience in customer service management

· You must be a MENTOR and be able to MOTIVATE a sales team

· Must speak well.

· Must be based in Singapore.
